day tripping

Normally on Fridays, we take day trips with our whole group out to the countryside.

Yesterday, we went to Dover and Canterbury. It was quite lovely.

We got to tour these war tunnels at Dover that they used to WWII and it took us through this whole presentation that taught us about the Dunkirk battle in France and an enormous rescue effort that was successful because of Dover.

At Canterbury, we visited the cathedral which has been around for centuries. It's easily the biggest cathedral I've ever been in, and it's the headquarters for all Anglican religions.

How about that down coat to my knees?

Get used to it haha
