This is Halloween!

two days late.

totally counts right?

so on Wednesday, we were scheduled to have a midterm in Music... but because our professor is literally the greatest... He cancelled our midterm and told us everyone would get an A if we went to the National Gallery instead.

Sounds like a pretty great trade off to me.

But we decided we really wanted to get in the spirit, and because London is the best city in the world... There's something for everything.

Hello Halloween market at Greenwich!

(which is also where the official prime meridian is!)

All the people working were dressed up for Halloween and there was Halloween-themed music playing with contests for kids and such going on. So much fun! Oh and of course, we had to document our experience with a chocolate/dulce de leche filled churro. Yikes. We had to- it was Halloween!

Next...

We went to highgate cemetery!

Picture an old ghost story that takes place in a graveyard...

Right?

It was so cool!

Oh and Karl Marx is buried here...

and lastly...

we had our own little celebration at the centre!

We ate soup served in a pumpkin:

decorated cupcakes:

and....

dressed up as denim?

and we got half the group on board with us.

We have denim issues.

Happiest of Halloweens!
